Beauty Tips for Summer

Apply Fruit Pack on face :

In the summer, the skin gets wilted by strong sunlight, sweat and dust and starts losing its glow. Therefore, by applying fresh fruit pack on the face in this season, the skin gets nourishment and glow also comes, tanning is also reduced. These packs give a fresh feeling to your face as well as rejuvenate the skin. This makes the skin feel cool during the summer season. You can prepare this face pack at home. 

(a) Mango Face Pack :

Mango is very common in summer. In addition to eating mango (mango), you can also make face pack. For this, you take out the pulp of mango and make a paste by adding a little cold milk (Milk), mix it well. Now apply it on the face and wash it after 15 minutes. Both Mango and Milk will nourish and cool your skin. 

( b) Cucumber Face Pack :

Cucumber is found in plenty of water. Apply cucumber face pack to keep the face hydrated in summer. Grate the cucumber and add curd to it, mix it well, now apply it on the face. Wash face after 30 minutes. Curd will reduce the tanning of your face and Cucumber will bring glow to the skin.

Drink lemon water :

Due to excessive sweating in summer, many times there is lack of water in the body. That's why you kept drinking lemonade 3-4 times a day. It will keep you fresh from inside and will also help in removing the toxins of the body. Because lemon is rich in vitamin C, its regular intake causes a natural glow in the skin. Also, other anti-oxidants present in the lemon help to keep the skin free from wrinkles and other blemishes and help combat free radicals damage

(a) In the morning, take a lemon juice in the water while bathing. Now take a bath with this water. By doing this, you will become fresh and you will not get the smell of sweat coming from your body all day. Rather a sweet smell will come from you. I have tried it myself.

Wash the face again and again :

In the summer, the skin becomes sticky due to frequent sweating and dirt starts to accumulate in the skin pores, so it is important that you wash your face several times a day. On getting up in the morning, several splashes of water hit his face. The more you wash your face, the more clean your skin will be. 

To wash face, use a face wash from a herbal company. Do not use soap on the face at all. The caustics present in soap make the skin very dry.

But keep in mind that always wash the face with cold water and after washing the face, do not rub it with a towel, rather wipe it with a light dab.

(a) Wash face with coconut water

Have you washed your face with coconut water? If you have not washed, then listen to me and wash your face with coconut water in this summer. Coconut water has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Which helps to destroy the bacteria and germs present due to sweat on the face. Many nutrients present in coconut water provide relief to the face from heat and also improve skin color. Coconut water also protects your skin from tanning.

Apply rose water :

To enhance beauty since ancient times, Queen Maharanis used to bathe with rose petals in water. Rose water is a natural cosmetics that many types of skin problems are eliminated by applying it continuously. Summer heat stroke causes damage to the face. In such a situation, the use of rose water works as a panacea. 

(a) After coming out from the sun, soak a cotton wool in rose water and apply it on your face and neck. This will not only clean the face from inside, but will also open the skin pores and freshness will come in the skin.

(b) Reduces sunburn 

Rose water is cool, due to which it cools the skin when it gets sunburned. Make rose cubes by storing rose water in an ice-tray. And rub these cubes on your face and neck. It helps in reducing the irritation and rashes in the skin due to sunburn and gives it softness. 

(c) Plant at night :

Apply rose water on your face every night with the help of cotton, by doing this routine your skin will get tight within a few days and wrinkles will also be reduced.

Don't get out in the sun :

By the way, you should try not to get out of the sun from 11 am to 4 pm during the day. And if you have to come out, then put sunscreen and take an umbrella and tie a scarf on the hair too. Because the Sun's sharp harmful rays also damage the hair. Put sun glasses on the eyes. They not only give comfort to your eyes, but also protect you from scorching the delicate skin of your eyes in strong sunlight. Also, we keep away the problem of dark circles.

Apply sunscreen :

(a) What is sunscreen :

Sunscreen is easily available in the market either as a cream or as a moisturizer. It protects your skin from the harmful rays of the sun. It acts like an umbrella on your sensitive skin. SPF in sunscreen protects your skin from the strong rays of the sun.

(b) How to apply sunscreen :

Although sunscreen of many big company is available in the market, but you only take sunscreen from a herbal company. Wash your face well while taking a bath in the morning, gently wipe the face and apply a little Moisturizer on your face. After that, apply sunscreen when your skin will absorb the Moisturizer well after 15-20 minutes. By doing this, there will not be any lack of moisture in your skin and secondly, if sunscreen is applied on the blank skin, even then sunscreen will not prove to be as effective protective skin on the skin and the skin can be protected from the sun's ultraviolet rays. (Ultraviolet rays) also fails to escape completely. If you apply makeup on your face,So apply makeup only after applying sunscreen. If you do not apply makeup, then sunscreen should be the last product on your face. Because sunscreen acts like a protective layer on the skin, if anything other than makeup is applied on it, it reduces the effect on the skin. Along with the face, apply sunscreen on all the open organs like neck, hands, arms etc.

Wear cotton clothes:

In summer, instead of wearing silk, silk or synthetic clothes, wear only cotton clothes. Nowadays, many branded companies also make designer cotton suits in summer. The reason for this is the same, cotton clothes are comfortable in the summer, they cool and soak your sweat, as a result you feel fresh.
